I accept cash, check, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and
Discover).

I am an out-of-network provider with insurance companies. Some insurance companies will reimburse a portion of the fee that you pay me. You are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of our appointment and I can provide an itemized receipt (superbill) which you can submit to your insurance company. If you are interested in exploring your out-of-network benefits, I encourage you to call your insurance company first to find out what your mental health benefits are.

Scheduled appointment times are reserved especially for you. I have what is called a "no cancel policy." If I am able to fill your slot or reschedule with you within the same week you will not be billed the full session fee.

This is all within reason; obviously there is room for either of us to need to cancel, but this is the general policy. Please note that superbills are not given for cancellations or no shows.

I return phone calls within 24-48 hours on weekdays (Mondays-Fridays 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM PST).

Please do not use texting unless it is for scheduling on weekdays, email is preferred for scheduling.
