I am an out-of-network provider with insurance companies. Some insurance companies will reimburse a portion of the fee that you pay me. You are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of our appointment and I can provide an itemized receipt (superbill), upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company. If you are interested in exploring your out-of-network benefits, I encourage you to call your insurance company first to find out what your mental health benefits are. All clients will receive a "Good Faith Estimate" before their initial intake session.

Scheduled appointment times are reserved especially for you. I have what is called a "no cancel policy." If I am able to fill your slot or reschedule with you within the same week you will not be billed the full session fee.

This is all within reason; obviously there is room for either of us to need to cancel, but this is the general policy. Please note that superbills are not given for cancellations or no shows.

I am in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I do my best to return calls within 24 hours on the days I'm in the office, email is preferred: contact@signedarpinian.com.

Please do not use texting unless it is for scheduling on weekdays, email is preferred for scheduling.
